Hiryu stat/resist ranges?

Hi all -

I've received notes from two people questioning the hiryu stats in the Pet Power Calculator. I've compared what I have in the calculator to what is posted in the Stratics Hunter's Guide, and they're entered correctly.

Does anybody have a hiryu that falls outside of these ranges? If so, I'll update the calculator.

Maximum:

Hit Points: 550
Str/Dex/Int: 705 / 135 / 325
Resists: 70 / 90 / 25 / 50 / 50

(Minimum 450 HP and 600 STR, 85 DEX, 300 INT, 55/70/15/40/40).

If you have a hiryu that has lower numbers than these minimums, , or higher than these maximums, please let me know, as that would affect the calculation.

I have about 35 of them (all spread out on different shards, of course) and their minimum and maximum stats and resists all fall within the numbers you have, Kitiara.

I haven't as many as you Tina, but certainly loring plenty before taming, I've never found one outwith the figures I had in my notebook.

I'm kinda curious now so I'll try and turn the spawn over again over the hols and see what pops up. Makes a change from farming cu's lol

Thanks! All of the ones scribbled in my notebook fall in those ranges as well, but when 2 different people brought it up, I figured I should investigate

I was thinking it might be an issue with strength or dex, since both decrease post-tame by half, and the calculator only deals with post-tame numbers. But both people described scores being much lower than they should be, meaning either they're putting in numbers that are way too low (and my minimums are off), or my maximums are way too high...

But every hiryu I've looked at so far "fits."

I wonder if the animals they lored were cursed or under some other debuff effect?

Whenever I tame a Greater Dragon I make sure to check its stats 2 minutes after I originally check it out, they will Bless themselves and it really sucks to discover your awesome pet has 90 less HP.

Hiryus don't have Magery and I don't know what they'd be fighting or getting buffed by in the area... I haven't heard of anything buffing another monster yet

If they used a casting pet (e.g., a greater dragon) to beat up the hiryu before taming it, I think there's a possibility that the hiryu was still under the effect of a debuff spell when the player lored it.
