hiryu questions

My Hiryu (not yet bonded) have 103.5 wrestling, i have heard that they loss skills aftertame (i don't know how much it was before tame) but they can re-take it with train (up to what % of pretame skill? Is it like Reptalion's 90%?)

Another Similar question: it have also 96 of tactics i presume it was over 100 before tame, does it raise too??

A hiryu's wrestling right after taming will be it's max if it is over 100. Otherwise the max will be 100, as is the case for the rest of the skill. Reptalons are a special case where the after taming max is 90% of the pretamed skill level (assuming you don't para tame), but the actual skill starts much lower than that - I don't know what the actual percentage is.
