Hiring interior decorator

I have a castle in the swamps on atlantic. Need someone to use goza mats around the bottom floor where the swamp is and build a 4thfloor. I want it to look cool and be creative so i can display all my rares. I dont have a creative bone in my body so anyone out there who likes to do that type of stuff Ill pay well for probably quite simple tasks. . pm me plz

If all you want is the gozas part, simple enough, though time consuming. Not sure how just the floor is "creative" though.
