Hiring a house designer?

Hello,
I am not the best at designing custom houses. While I do enjoy the creations I make, I'd like for it to be a bit more classy. Is it possible to hire someone to do this? I'd prefer to have someone reputable who is known for doing something like this. How is this time of service generally paid for/ agreed to?

one way to accomplish this is to give the designer an idea of what you're looking for, they design it on test center, and you simply copy it on your plot

I'm looking for something like a modern home/villa type on one side of the plot and then a 'shed/workhouse' separate from the main house, or perhaps semi attachedm where I can have my forge/smithing/crafting all in one (scribes table, alchemist lab, forge). This room wouldn't have to be that big really, just large enough to put those key crafting items in place as well as room for storage for resources and such.

Would like for the 'front lawn' to be a spot to put a few vendors as well.

Is that good enough for a rough idea?

If you can log into europa, I recommend you visit Minerva Foxglove's House.
You might like that.

In fact she has two plots next to each others, but they aren't 18x18 so something similar should be doable on a 18x18.

By the way, you didn't specify the shard you are on... can make a lot when it comes to paying someone for his/her work

Heya, I'm on Baja too. I can't promise a lot of my time but I'd be happy to hop on to test center and mess around if you want to give a more specific idea of what you're looking for:

- a regular house or something wacky

- if you want a regular house, what kind of characters do you play the most? (so heavy on the crafting area, or archery buttes, etc)

- is there a style of house that you really prefer over the others

- do you love gardens or can you take em or leave em

- love waterfalls or take em or leave em

- do you RP a character that would influence what kind of house you live in?

- do you have a collection/collections of things that need to be displayed?

- anything else you can think of
