High seas questions.

Just returned from an extended break to mess around with the new content, was wondering:

1) do the new ships decay at the same rate as the old ones?
2) the fishmongers keep saying that they are giving me small orders to fit my small ship, will I need to get a bigger ship to get useful orders?

2) We cant excactly say, how usefull the larger orders are. But you need a ship with a bigger hold for them. The quest crate can hold up to 1200 stones, while only 400 stones fits into the crate of an old ship. You woudnt be able to fill every order with such a small hold.

3) When i toss a white net without the booster on that account, will i get a new boss up? Iam only after candlabras, anchors and sea horses and not after Scalis.
