Got a couple of ? in regards to this, I have looked around some information is out of date or dont make sense so i will ask questions and if i get flammed sorry.

Niter Mining - I mine in fel a lot, along mountains of dungeons, in caves, out in boonies, will i have a chance of pulling up niter deposits alone those areas or is it only inside of dungeons or boat mining?

Fishing - will i be able to fish in fel or trammel and acquire the new fishies just from normal fishing while i am getting sos bottles? or is it only when i am questing for the fish mongers?

Fishing from boats - i am seeing the new fish weight 10 stones each and its recommend put into hold and use a commodity deed, care to elaborate for me on this?

Boats - am i able to take a tokonu boat to fel and such or is there specific areas only?

Do I need SA to maximize the most out of the fishing stuff or no?

You get them when doing normal fishing, you do not have to be on the quest to do it. Many people fish them up and sell them to others questing instead of doing the quests themselves.

I took a commodity deed box and put it in my hold but never thought to see if the hold acted like a bank box/commodity deed box. I will have to try it.

You can take them anywhere

Not that I am aware of, they are two separate and independent expansions. The account that I have High Seas on does not currently have SA on it. I am hoping to add SA next month.

Not sure on this one, will let someone else answer it.

It SHOULD be inside dungeons, etc. but there are some exceptions to the rule. Some areas of Ilshenar could be mined outside dungeons for niter (especially around Valor), but that may have gotten fixed (not sure). Some caves seem to allow it as well, but I wouldn't bet on it. I'm not sure if the outside passes between the sections of Covetous count, either. Just inside them might be a good spot to try (that way you can run out into those passes and recall out, if a PK wanders by).

You can make commodity deeds in the hold without the box.

The only problems with not having SA are not having access to a couple fish, and that some of the safer dungeon spots for fishing are in the Underworld (other than the totally safe ones, where you'll often have too much competition for on high-pop shards

Niter can also be mined up on boats in trammel as well as fel. Its not a great rate for digging it up let me tell you.
