High Seas additional storage?

Don't know if this is the forum for this but players here should know the answer. Is the High Seas additional storage additional to the previous offered 20% additional storage or will it provide no additional storage if you allready had the 20% increase storage offered before?

they add on one of my accounts it shows 40% increase

it stacks --- I'm at 60% now...I forget what the previous adds were - but always nice to have enough cupboard space hoard away
