High lvl chests

HEy all,

I just received some chests. one from a liche lord, miasma, and a titan.

THey are without keys. Can a tinkerer create keys from these chests? Or am I SOL?

You will need a tinker to make you lockpicks. Depending on how high your lock picking skill is, you may need a LOT of lock picks :)
