I have some questions about the auction but I don't have icq. I would like to bid on a few items but was wondering how I would get them if I won because I am only on Chessy. Could you explain how that process would work?

Sure. I personally play on Chessie, and several of the folks who tend to win are from Chessie. Either one of them can xfer it down for you, or I can on my next trip, some time within the next month. Same for gold - if you're looking to bid 50 platinum, talk to me first, but otherwise, I can accept gold on Chessie and I'll deal with shifting it around.
