There are costumes you can get as a drop from doing the boss in Khaldun that was added there (and in the Trammel Khaldun that was opened up) that allow you about 20-30 new forms. You either have to hold it in your weapon hand, or buy a thing to bond it to.

It's mostly for roleplay, though others might use it for subterfuge or scouting.
