What i did was mine for a day on Origin shard at Fel Despise. then I deeded the stone up, and for a couple of days now I have been transferring a character from each account to Test shard with that same bag in their pack.

there is a clickable at the New Haven bank now that lets you get about 10 of each stone. Thankfully, you can click it as many times as you want.
