Herding's overpowered! This is why there is no advanced character shepherd. Taming? Sure, jewel up and you're ready for a greater dragon. But Herding? God no, balance would just be beyond a joke!
In actuality, about 60 Herding you can move practically any
animal (*eyes popps defiantly*) in game eventually, and it will follow you indefinitely. It's not that hard to squeeze into a template especially if you have 720 cap and a few skills locked at "effective" levels like like 80 Stealth or 80 Poisoning. I'm not saying rush out and make a nox-stealth-shepherd but, then again, why the hell not?
