Ok I've looked for the info and I'm looking in all the wrong places i guess. I need help gaining cart from 96 on it seems that I can now make the world maps almost all the time and I can read level 4 maps all the time but I can't read level 5 maps. So if you could please send me some ideas I would appriciate it.

0% Buy skill from NPC cartographer
20.0% Local Maps
65.0% City Maps
72.0% Sea Charts
85.0% World Maps
99.5% Decode level 2-4 treasure maps

This is the system that I have used while training several times. If nothing else, you should gain from the "guaranteed gains system" and complete it slowly. Of course, you can always short-cut it with some scrolls of transcendence.
