Wondering if you can still place vendors to hold your house for a while. I have several accounts, and want to keep one active and use the active account, to rent vendor spots on several other accounts houses.

If that doesn't make sense... I want to use one account, and rent vendor spots on all the other houses I own owned by different accounts... And shut the accounts off for a while. Any feedback?

vendors or no vendors the house will go condemned. rental vendors stop the house from falling, but also puts the house to owned by osi. which means you no longer own it, or your stuff yourself, and you would have to wait along with all the other idocers who are waiting for your stuff if you did it that way.

In any case, your house won't become condemned even without vendors for 90 days after your last paid day. In this way you can activate your account only three months every year to keep a house going (one month on, three months off, one month on, three off, one on, three off). Give yourself a few days lead time each round and you should be fine.
