help with uoa please

ok since i reinstalled uo and uoa a year ago i have really only played one character so i set up macros in uoa using f1 to f12
now when i switch guys and try to set up macros using f1 to f12 i get a message saying it is already being used

I have played uo on and off for over 10 years and i know i was able to use macros for all my characters using the same f keys
did somethjing change or am i just bugged?

try taking off global settings and if tha doesnt check there not binded to something else.

prolly be the global settings thing, saves all ur macros and binds them to all your chars so your prolly settin macros that are already there
