Help With the Detect Hidden Skill

Please don't move this to another forum. Nobody posts in the forum for this.

I just started today on the detect hidden skill. I tracked down a thief guildmaster and bought my skill up to 28.4. I have been trying to detect hidden on a box (like I read in another forum) but have not received a single gain.

Can someone help me out here?

Go west of Britain.
Somewhere, in one of the farmhouses, there are some red NPCs:
Name the follower
Or something to that effect.

Find them, and they'll be able to train almost any skill >35

i bought mine up from the guys in haven and from
there i went to Vesper bank in the back room and worked
it up from there to around 70ish.
Then I took my girls to this place where I got the rune
from a vendor house and it was an Event place in tram.
it has boxes upon boxes underground in different places
and I take them from one area to the other untill I gm'd
it on 2 different accts.
Its a slow skill to raise, or it was for me.

Like any skill. The first 25 or so points is easy. find a human friend or someone with low hiding. cast invis on them then detect them. Detect trains easier with players than with boxes. Just the jack of all trades human hiding skill should take you over 40. I think at that point you can work with a gm hider. I've heard one could do detect on moongates since folks come in hidden. Better to train with permission tho since you never know if youi will disrupt someone's game play by decting them at the moongate.

I live on Siege where the battle is getting to 70 after witch you are home free because skills are easy after 70.

If you have two accounts, and the means to run them both at the sametime, then log in a character with hiding skill, thats approx the same skill level has your detect hidden, and detect your own char.
