help with Taste Id and cooking

ok have been working my tail feather off on taste id i cant get past 50.0 whats up up with that any triks to this weird lil trade....cooking what do i make and when to gin in cooking right now i am 54.7 and making flour dough and bread any helpful hints....after i get these gmed im gointo be working on achemy

for taste id you have to use poisoned food until you reach 75.
when you reach 75 you have finished. No gains over 75...
