Help with stygian abyss upgrade

Hi I decided to get a 2nd account and when i try to purchase the abyss upgrage it says already applied..but its not on the second account and there website is brutal with all this linking stuff im thinking i have to link my new account somehow even though it shows up on my mythic page with other account?

Second account should have a tab like this: Click features to check if stygian is there.

If not click this button (Activate Key) right below the respective account:

You will need to create another origin store account to buy the Stygian Abyss upgrade.
It won't let you buy it again with an email that bought it already.

Tried that i get this code cannot be applied to any of your current game accounts and on my new account stygian abyss not in the features tab..
