Help with Part III Pentagram setup

Ok,

I have managed to get the earth, air, and water pieces.

I have to grind out chests for three more red candles, and then I can do this part. But I'm confused on the setup for the pentagram. What pieces do I lock down, and where? Can the giant vet reward pentagram be used?

Would appreciate any advice you guys could give. I spent an unhealthy amount of time fishing for that staff so I'm too tired to mess around with positions for this part.
