Help with log in issue

i lost connection. (comcast interruption.) now when i try to log in i get a popup 'The patch client was unable to retrieve the file [patcher.prod.sig] from the patch server (0 total errors encountered). Please try the patch operation again in a short while.

does anyone know what this error is and how to work around it?

Have to checked the preform full file check box and tried running it?

problem solved. i rebooted the laptop and it works just fine now. go figure. i guess there was some uo remnant left in memory when the network crashed that generated that error.
