Around six years ago (maybe more) a good friend of mine spent 3 months farming lesser hiryus with me until we FINALLY found a "midnight blue" colored one. I began the slow process of raising my bushido high enough so that I could ride him. Using jewels allowed me to put him into my stable at the time.
I have a little over 97 (natural) skill in bushido. Four months after waiting it still would not bond... and I have no problem with another one (not a rare color one) bonding for me. Another friend of mine, offered for me to release it, so that she could re-tame it, and give it to me, in hopes of re-setting/kickstarting the bonding timer. ... sadly, in an attempt to subdue the beautiful creature, it was slain before my eyes.
For those that remember me, if your willing to help, I will be farming them again through the upcoming weeks, hoping to find that allusive "midnight blue" lesser hiryu yet again. If anyone is willing to help me, I would be ever so grateful.
