Looks like hop 10 may be the problem, knowing this how do we fix it?

It's interesting because I've heard a lot of people complain about UO lag. Myself, I'm great connecting to UO, but when I try and use other services like YouTube, it is horrible. I think there's a huge bottleneck somewhere out in internet land.

That's settled then. The email from support said they couldnt do anything about lag and ping times.

Let me be more specific with my post. I think the issue is a tier 1 internet provider. Those are the guys who own the backbones of the internet, the interstate highways of the internet. You are having problems connecting to UO. I am having problems connecting to YouTube. Whose fault is it? YouTube? EA? No, it is the tier 1 provider who is having this bottleneck issue.
