- Login with your EA Account name
- Confirm your password
- Click the Subscription Info tab

Ultima Online account name is different from your
EA Member Name, log into the
Ultima Online Account Management page and follow the same steps to re-activate your
Ultima Online account.

o You will be able to recover your account information if you have the correct current email address and billing information.

• If I already have an EA Account will I need to update my billing information?
o No. You will not need to update your billing information for individual accounts. As part of the billing system update, all payment information is encrypted and moved securely. However, on your first login to the account center you will be required to verify your billing information payment methods are accurate.
• I have multiple Ultima Online accounts and EA Accounts, do I need to update my payment information?
o If you are on recurring billing or game time card all of your payment information and game time information will be moved across all individual accounts. You must use your current login info (email address and password for each account).
• I would like to merge all of my accounts under on single EA Account:
o Due to the legal constraints of moving payment information across accounts, it is necessary to re-enter billing payment information should you decide to merge multiple accounts under one single Master EA Account. We understand this is often a tedious task, but it’s for the safety and security of your personal account information.
• Am I able to make a new account?
o Absolutely!

It's a lot, I know.... for me, I'd just call the 866-543-5435 and hope for a competent customer service rep...... there are far too many posts about 'how to set up your account management' stuff, so if there's an easy way to do it I hope someone posts that for ya
Larisa, like everything else that's been offered to us, that page, nowhere, that I can see at least, instructs someone that has an Ultima Online account and has no clue about what email, has no idea what a Mythic or EA account is, ... while I understand that it's across all EA games, specific instructions for UO players might have been real handy at the onset of this debacle..
that they overlooked the willingness of the entire Stratics staff to help in any way possible (which they *always* do) beforehand is just mind-boggling
