Help with a quest...(Gareth the Emissary of the RBC)

I'm on the last part of the quest to get the Cloak of Humility.

UO Guide tells me

"Take the grey cloak he gave you to the Humility Shrine and walk inside the ring, when you do, your grey cloak will turn into a Virtue Armor Set piece (Cloak of Humility)"

Where or what is this ring I'm supposed to walk into?!

I had a wonder around but kept getting killed!

The humility Shrine in Trammel. It's a ring of stones... you'll see it. I think you need to be wearing the cloak
