how can i gain gps for buy a ship...i am a fisherman and just i can fishing but i cant sell may cooked fish steaks to npc. are we havent this change in osi (europa). help me please...

As a new fisherman, you should be getting a lot of shoes, boots, sandals and thigh boots. Sell them as well.
Since you are playing Europa, consider going to New Haven, and escorting quest people to their destinations in town for the gold.

Also killing the mongbats will also get you gold to buying that boat. Just be careful when you put it in the water at the docks or you may rub some of that new paint off the stern.
