HELP PLZ Understanding City Loyalty

Here is the problem. I did City Loyalty with 5 Smith/Tailors using the BOD (takes a lot of BODs) system and got all 5 of them to Adored. I have been logging them in every day between 6-7am every day to collect BODs and get the message that my City Loyality is preserved NP. Today I log them to get my BODs and every one of them got the message that the moons DID NOT align so I lost City Loyality and now they are all Respected. I thought that if you log every day no matter what time your loyalty was preserved just as long as you log EVERY day, which I have done. The only thing I did different today was sleep in and log all my players 2 hours later, 9am, then norm. Am I missunderstanding something or what. TY

And if you are woundering I have 76 vendors loaded with BODs LOL

The only thing I can think of is that server maintenance happened between 7 and 9.

Decay Point Change

• Factions, Virtue, and City Loyality points will not decay if you log in daily anytime after maintenance.
• Except to the rule is faction points will decay if they are over a hundred regardless if you log in or not.

It say ANYTIME so did they do something to break it?

sadly i also have this problem during week sign in and do loyality between 530-630 am
saturday-sunday sleep in till like 7am
every time i did this i would loose city loyality
my guess is after server up but have to be within 24 hrs. i now like a idiot
log in evenings as well if i thing will not make the 530 time .

That is what I am starting to believe so the Pub 76 notes are BS

Sure wish a Dev would let us know if this is the way it is going to be or if it is suppose to be like the Pub notes.
