I have two accounts and a guidlmate also reporting the same issue. We play on Siege and our accounts have stayed frozen since July. *whines* I want to use the commodity deed box and get a soulstone. Please, please look into this problem.

I just got a friends acct in July and its still sitting on 34 months. Is anyone looking into this? Im also on Siege.
