Help patcher isn't working

I keep getting this screen when I try to log into the game.

I deleted the game off the computer and now when I try to reload it, it won't let me. This sucks. Doing another virus scan to try to fix it

Pull up task manager. See if any part of uo is running. Also anything that may be using the uo files should be shut down. if none of that works try starting up in safe mode and uninstall uo. Only things i can think of.

Also start uo as admin. Sometimes that helps
