HELP. Newbie question from Vet player

Could someone possibly tell me if its possible to make more hot bars. I cannot find a reliable or good link to explain if or how this can be done. I need more hotkey space than is showing.

THANKS yes i found out Lessa was on and i got it. Alot of changes and hard to find info on them
