Help Needed with Sampire

I am currently making a sampire but I have run into some issues.

Skills:
120 Swords, Tacts, Bush, Resist
100 Necro
70 Parry, Chiv

Stats:
100Str/125Dex/30Int (w/o jewels)
111Str/150Dex/43Int (w/ jewels)

Resists:
59/44/70/47/61

The armor I have is:
Arms: Still searching for a set of arms...........
Back:Quiver of Infinity
Belt: Crimson Cincture
Bracelet: Token of Holy Favor
Chest: Rune Beetle Carapace
Earrings: Still searching for earrings..........
Feet: Snake Skin Boots
Hands: Stormgrip
Head: Mace and Shield reading glasses
Legs: Fey Leggings
Neck: Jackal's Collar
Ring: Ring of Vile
Robe: Shroud of the Condemned
Sash: Still searching for sash...............
Trinket: Conjurer's Trinket
Weapon: Soul Seeker

I need my resists up but where can I fit what I need in? What arms could get all of that? I am also in need of some more mana or mana regen.

Too many artifacts, too few imbued items.

ive found about 2-4 artifacts is the limit, else you start losing out in other areas

i try to limit my artis with things i either REALLY need, or things i could not get elsewhere..

ie, mace and shield glasses have HLD on them which lets me remove that from my weapon. so for me that is very important, to fit on another weapon mod (like slayer, etc)

or some artis have just such high utility that they are worth it (spirit of totem. rbg, etc)
