HELP LOOKING FOR SUIT MAKER PROGRAM !!

Thank you in advance. I got new computer so lost it but use to have this awesome prgram that let you build your armor and save them for each character i think the name of it was suit builder. It was not a third party program and the guy us to advertise it on his tag. thanks again for help

It's called swarmorcalc and on his page it says that it's a utility to calculate armour combo's to find the best resists.
