Yes, the commodity deed box is a 1st year veteran reward. It allows you to redeem and fill commodity deeds. Also, a ship's hold allows you to do the same.

Whatever can be used with commodity deeds can be deeded and undeeded inside the commodity box in your house. You're going to love it! I sure do.
