Help in imbuing a luck suit for gargoyle/tamer suit

All I have to start with is a luck 140 robe,quiver of infininte,totem of the void.I have the jenna staff but it seems to be unable to be altered.Any and all suggestions would be great to hear.Also can a weapon be made with 140 luck/spellchanneling be made without a fast cast penalty on it?

What are the garg armor slots, again? I may be the moderator of this forum, but I've never played a gargoyle, and only have crafted for one once.

IF the staff doesn't work, what about altering Swords of Prosperity (200 luck Mage weapon -0 SC without a penalty)? I know that there are garg versions of that weapon, probably just so the conversion can be done.

If you can alter studded tunics, then for straight luck & LRC you can't beat the Armor of Fortune. You can make up the resists in the garg armor pieces.
