[Price Check] Help for the ignorant? PC on a few things

Howdy folks.

So, in recent months I've expanded my game play beyond stealing bandies and pots and started hitting up Shame/Cove. I've read a ton of threads here, but was hoping to post some things with my own thoughts on it and see if someone more knowledgeable can let me know if I'm on track or not, and perhaps if any of this is worth anything (if it would be worth to sell here, or likely to sell on a vendor for a low amount, etc.). I'd really appreciate any help, and will avoid asking dumb questions in the future.

1. I'm guessing the weapon is right, and the combination of properties is "ok," but is a bit low on the Splintering? Higher splintering and/or high hit spell I imagine would make the difference?

2, 4, and 6. 5% SS, but nothing special about other mods beyond modest Mana Increase? Maybe #2 has potential as no -100 luck?

3. Maybe decent for someone looking for +skill in those groups?

5. Junk. Not sure why I have it there.

7. Really not sure. Kept because of highish spell damage increase.

8. Not quite as high as #7, but more more room for improvement.

Thanks again.

You are close, some of these items will sell to the more creative play style. There are people out there that enjoy making hybrid templates and utilize jewels such as #2. The last ring with taming should sell for anywhere from 5-20m depending on the buyer, you could get more because the cap SDI is pretty nice for a tamer mage.

Here is a general rule of thumb when it comes to SSI and Stam inc on Bracelets. Most important you want to be able to Imbue HCI, DCI, EP, DI after those key mods you can dabble in luck, int/mana, stam and skill points. If you get a clean 5ssi 5stam inc jewel it will sell for a lot more money due to the ability to customize the remaining mods opposed to getting a jewel with 5 ssi, 5 stam inc and 5 bushido. The later is still decent, but it is now limited to a template that needs skill points added and loses room for something more specific. Again, there are those out there that enjoy making hybrid templates so it could also still sell for a decent penny, but it becomes dependent on them being in the market for such a ring/brace.

With Splintering Weapons there are also a few key weapons and mods. The cleaver being one of them, but not yours I am afraid. You want your splintering tick to partner well with a weapons specials and from there you need the mods to compliment the item. Hit spell is a must, and there are rankings in the hit spell area of course. HLD is also very crucial. After those comes HLA, DI, Blood Drinker, Battle Lust and Regens. Regens are near the bottom because they are only in effect when the weapon is being held...Hit Area to most is bad because they are yew gate fighting and it will attack others within the tile based radius. I enjoy them in raids and open field fights against Zergs and Dog Piles.

People are looking for 20+ splintering weapon. Almost forgot to tell you that part...

Hope this helped a little bit...
