Help feature broken on legends again

You can page and wait 10 hours without moving up even once in the queue.

It was fixed for like 2 days and it's back to this again. Have a problem? Tell someone who cares because EA's CSR staff can't hear you.

Seriously though... Can we get this addressed?

Well you can do what I did last time:

1st) Call 1-866-543-5435, then a airheaded -feather-brained CSR will tell you EA no longer supports UO.

2nd) Call the corporate number in Redwood City, CA where a nice CS Supervisor will blow happy sunshine the same place that enema bottle goes.

3rd) Wait and if after 5 days its still broken use the Live Chat feature at Support.ea.com and get a snarky CSR

Finally come to Uhall post all about your expirences and get flamed like a hamburger on a barbeque by the resident trolls.

After you do all that come back and chill on Legends where we'll still love ya, bro.
