Help Craftimng the Hood of Scholarly Insight

So I have the recipe, I have what I think are the components and when I try and craft this damn thing it tells me I don't have the components.

I have 1 scholars halo leather cloth void cores....all in excess of what is required to make the item.

Any Ideas??

Is the cloth cut? Or bolt?

It isnt working will be fixed when we get next patch, its working on test now but havent been published yet.
