Help covering up a chimmney

I've decided to finally finish decorating my keep, but I have a chimney sticking up though the roof on the north-east roof. Any ideas on how I can cover it up?

I changed all my roof tops into crafting areas

Tailor, BS, Carp and Scribbing But of course there are unlimited choices.,

A water trough works nicly to cover it.

So does placing a few trees on the roofs to cover up the chiminey.

There are so many choices, first thing you need to do is figure out what you want to do with the roof.

Ornate chests and wooden screens also cover them completely. You can also place a hearth of the home fire on that level and it will cover the chimney of the one below.

Somewhere in this forum is a screenshot from a very clever person who made the chimney into a very cute well. I don't remember where it is though I am sure someone does though!

Chicken lizard coops seem to work too.
At least, I can't see the chimney from my hearth through the chicken coops on the floor above.

I'll have to try that. I've been trying to decide where to put a coop.

Rather than trying to hide the chimney top, I decided to work with it. After some experimentation I found that a lava tile fits perfectly on the top of the chimney, and looks like something is boiling out of it. I placed some goodies right next to it, so that the folded floor wouldn't be so noticeable and a Paroxysmus' dinner next to it, as if that was the next thing to cook. I think it looks great, and takes the 'ohhh pooo' out of those cool hearth of the homefires. Just need to chop out the stove, place the lava tile where the stove top comes through the floor, raise it up to max height. Replace the stove, and lower the tile to the proper height. Swamp tiles also look good, but the lava is the winner .

I either cover it with storage or a deeded item (the one in our guildhouse hall has a bed from the bunkhouse on the next floor over the top of it) or, as I've done before, turn it into a feature. I used some dyed cotton, kindling and a skillet to make it look like an open fire. I like the well idea, and will probably try and work that in on the next remodel I do

I'm not positive, but I think one of the ilsh champs drops them.
