Help cartographer

I have a problem.
I've formatted another time my HD and cartographer doesn't work well.
I've tryed to install the net.framework 2 but i can't.
The problem is that i don't read any label or city or dungeon.
Only the map. I have widows XP service pack3, like before formatting.
I've downloaded the files inu.map and the icons. But nothing, i see only the map
Some suggestion?

If you still have UOAM, copy and paste the *.MAP files into the catographer folder. Presto, you once again have your lables. If not, just redownload the files from someone or somewhere. I found them pretty easily.
