I let my old boat decay, and I'd like to place my new one...

I have spoken to the harbor master, and abandoned ship, and it STILL won't let me place the new ship....


HELP?

I went to sleep with a petition for one my characters with the same problem (hadn't been played in over two years) and it was fixed the following day.

Just drop the old runes in the trash!!!!
