HELP! and Quick!!

i bought a Bed of Nails about an hour ago, and i cannot get the thing to lock, or release or secure or anything, i am afraid i will lose it!!!

what is wrong?
i have plenty more slots for lock downs and such, it is a brand new house!

Thats normal for a add-on like that. When you use a deed to place a item like a bed of nail (or pentagram,Christmas trees...) These items are locked down right away.

And before you ask how to remove them: use an axe (double click, target an addon).
