Help a returning player - what to look for?

Hi all,
Ive recently returned to UO (had my account active some years though).
I have a keep and Im running out of Space
So I wanted to clean up the house, but I have no idea what to look for.
I know you cant tell me the value of all the items in the game
Ive found tons of Christmas and Holiday items, are there any specific items here I need to be carefull about ? Or are most of these worth more in clean-up points?

Also I found these items, that Im not sure about, and was wondering if they were something special(rares?) :
- "A bottle of stratics Xmas 2012" (Liqour type: brandy. Distiller: Santa Claus.)
- "A low quality Finnigan's hat" (cursed)
- Broadsword Plaque (deed)
If anyone could give me a pricecheck on these items I would really appreciate it

and in addition to this, are any of the daily rares worth keeping ?
(forged metals, fruit basket, horse shoes, candle, etc etc. )

Some of the xmas snowglobes (less common ones) are worth more than their clean-up points, but depends whether you can find a buyer.
Some of the named items e.g. 'Reindeer raised by X' or 'Candle dipped by Y' might be worth a bit if someone's still trying to finish a collection, you could try posting a list of items+names and see who bites.

If you have tram/fel moonstones, I'm missing 2 or 3 to complete my collection, willing to pay well for those

But a lot of things sadly are worth more from trashing, you can try using the new 'vendor search' in game which will show if other people are selling similar items and what prices they're asking. I get the impression the market for rares & deco is currently in a bit of a slump, but I'm no expert.

Regarding the 3 specific items: the liquor I think is player crafted and was handed out at a player run event, unlikely to be worth much to anyone who wasn't there; the hat I don't know about; the broadsword plaque was a dispenser-type item that any player could click & collect, it was limited to 1 per account so might be worth a bit.

I do think I have some of the old moonstones laying around, are there different kinds though, since you are missing some?

I see, have some different coloured ones, both trammel and felluca.

For the moonstones, if you post a pic showing the trammel colours separate from the fel ones, I'll let you know any I'm interested in I think a lot of moonstones got trashed as the points value is pretty high

ah, not the ones I need sadly.
I did a quick vendor search and someone's selling a few at 200k each, if you don't want to trash them I could offer that much for them as curios, or someone else might still be interested in paying extra or they're worth 5000 trash points each which is not bad

Too bad.
Think Ill either keep them or turn them in for points. Was Lucky enough to find a Castle in IDOC and even more Lucky to place after idoc, so I have a bit more storage now
