Help a confused returning player! messy template

So. Its been a long time, way to long. I logged on my old main character, and I cant even remember how I used to play. It was a PvE build for peerless and boss hunting.
I carry midnight bracers in pack, guessing thats why I have 20 necro. (wraith form?) I dunno where Im going with chiv and bush or why Im switching them. (what should I put em at?)
I cant even remember the pros or cons for this build.

Any suggestion to perfect it, update it, or help in general is greatly appriciated!
Also looking for a good up to date suit thread for chars like this, Im guessing most my stuff is old.
I also have a +12 chiv brace, no idea if Im ment to have it or not.

Artifacts i use:
Mace and Shield glasses
lt. sash (not wearing on stat image)
cloak of death
conjurers trinket
crimson
rangers cloak of aug.

I read it, and I understand most of it. The problem I run into without having played for so long is mainly concerning chiv. The 100% elemental weapons, changed lootdrops (insane stats on stuff now)
I guess after thinking about it, it feels like my char should work, but It kinda dont work as efficient, like it once was. Im confused reading through new comments , and getting advice from ingame, then from reading corwins very thorough guides, If my choices are worth keeping, and to wich level I should even out bush/necro/chiv/ss. I know its for minor gain, but some of the point in returning is wanting to try something new and awesome, Id appriciate some debate concerning my excact route, that will affect my choices and inspire. The first post was probably kinda off the point, but I never been good at explaining what Im after, as Im in a constant state of change
Also, sometimes simplified answers well explained, gives me way more than reading masterfull guides explaining every angle (Im very casual, part lazy, and dont have the time to dive deep into it)

First thing I would do is upgrade the armour.
If you are an archer and isn't going with studded for 55 LMC, you're doing it wrong.
And refine it for extra resist caps at the expense of DCI.

I would also trade that conjurer's trinket for one of the new turn-in tally, possibly the one with +10 anatomy so you could drop anatomy to 110 and raise chiv another 10 extra points.
I am a huge fan of 120 chiv. EoO helps a lot with damage at that level.

Wraith form hurts your mobility, and mobility is very important for an archer. I would likely drop necro and spirit speak altogether to have more points to spare on chiv and bushido.

Edit: Oh, and secure a despicable quiver to replace that cloak of death.
5 dex, 5 archery, 5 hci is much better than that cloak.

Thanks! Ill definitly try that out, wraith form has been a pain to change into with cloth change.

Personally I was going to say your template is still good. In Wraith you can spam AI/Moving Shot non stop so mana is never an issue on anything big/with a mana pool.

I'd take Bushido to 120 and allow enough Chiv to cast EoO and that's it.
