Hello Avatar Leasing error

I cant get into any property because of this avatar leasing error. anyone else having this problem?

There are threads all over about this. Basically your sim is stuck until maintenance or the house is reset. Sometimes you can get free by going to another lot besides the one your stuck at.

The devs thought they fixed it, apparently not though. I've gotten it a couple times since but I havent really been stuck anywhere. Maybe its half fixed.
