Hellhounds @ Slasher's Lair

I am working on a new thrower with one of the primary purposes of fighting Slasher. The new char has 0 Ophidian. Loyalty and 0 Bane Loyalty. Will the Hellhounds in Slasher's area ignore me? I want to use the fountains as part of my movement tactics. Thanks!

Sometime, hellhounds might become it for the decoy

My thrower fight on the left side because of the right fountains side.
