Hopefully this is correct, otherwise you will have people waiting till the next one comes out and get 2 boosters content for the price of 1, which is seriously demeaning to the players who bought each single booster pack.

I dont quite see how you compare this to UO or any other online game. Its more tied into Halo's approach to a flawed system they fixed, then had over fixed it, then yet again made it more stable at the moment as long as the formula still works. The only thing I get from the article that now for players to stay on top each month since its scrapped after each season( one month) is to rinse and repeat buying other players to die and playing the game steady.

Im pretty sure that Mythic Bioware is a little smarter then we all think about the booster packs. Booster packs wont be tied together unless the sea booster and the next booster was related to the seas which I highly doubt.

Yes and no... depends on what aspect of the Booster Pack you're talking about.

Case in point with the upcoming booster pack, since boat movement revamp is a global "bug fix", everyone will get it regardless if they get the booster or not. However UNLESS you get the booster you won't get the 20% storage increase or be able to access some of the new features (though how all of that will work I'm not sure yet).

So if you skip the High Seas Booster and get the next one you won't get the storage upgrade or access to whatever content is restricted to the first booster (this of course as always is subject to change as we are well aware).
