Isn't that truely what Siege is about. Heavenless is a killer, just because you lowered your guard and wanted to be polite dosen't mean that character is classless. And as to your stuff being looted, well bummer, BUT again why should she/he give your stuff back? she/he just killed you, did you really believe a polite "can I get my stuff back " was really going to do it? Learn this small lesson, your on Siege and yes there are a quite afew people that can be trusted, but this is not a UO Day Care shard. Toughen up!

Was a good kill, but i was totally unprepared. I've been helping everybody I talk too the best I can, I guess I forgot where I was. This is my 2nd kill as a mule in the last two months. Both times I had room on my template for taming but ignored it.

Something like "Die Scum" in the beginning... Or even a "Yur lootz is mine" at the end I guess I expect to see...

I've had to change my opinions of many things on Siege as of late. Being a vet, you expect something like it used to be in the past...

Classless still stands in my opinion. If it was a revenge killing then it was fine, but it wasn't. Guy just wondered along the road at the right time.

In general our guild doesn't dry loot, we only take what we want.

as a rule of thumb in our guild guild we loot what we want and only sell what we want. so as siege was designed your loot is not your loot upon death it really is that simple.
i personally dont think class has nothing to do with it

Heavenless has become one of our strongest killers. Sparring with Righty surely has helped. I dare not tangle with him.

In all actuality Siege has gotten used to such a low population that everyone just got tired of bickering so they started setting rules for each other. No offense guardian but i welcome someone who brings back the pre renaissance version of pk.

Be on your toes siege! If one pk that fights that way is here im sure more will follow! Your old days of siege may be just around the corner....

This sort of thread was pretty common back in the day. It usually ended up being the result of someone who plays nothing but Trammel coming to Siege for an event or on invitation and having their evening abruptly ended when the squads rolled through...

If or when ye are killed and drylooted and ye do not carry on a friendly inquisitive 400000ooo000 word conversation with em DEAD for an hour or so askin' em how they doing, how their love life is, is there anything they need that ye make and talk and talk and talk and talk with em all,
or talk em to death, following em as a ghost keepin on talkin with em,
when they kill you.......like I DO,
they then WILL NOT flee ye talkative nature, and probably kill ye again.

SO TALK MORE FASTER ...and ye will find some few of them murderersz just pher ye & [FLEE] ya, whenever SEEING YOUR NAME ON SCREEN,
cuz they gots stuffs to do, or they got a life, AND... YA TALK TOO MUCH all friendly like, when they kill ya. Course the downside to this skill is some will killz ye cuz they feel ye are just a blabbermouth that never shuts up even dead and they were hopin to silence ye ! MUHAHAHA

I welcome PKs on siege. I just don't welcome people who kill then proceed to trash talk... pretty much what Diablo did the first time he killed me...

As long as PKs don't act like idiots (being verbally rude etc) then I'm all for a bit of danger when I'm out treasure hunting

Diablo PKd my miner/LJ a few weeks ago because he said his account had been looted and he needed an LRC suit. Other than that, I've had no PKing incidents. Doesn't mean I'm not anticipating one at any time, though! Can't say I'm actually looking forward to it with great glee, but at the same time I figure it's unavoidable on Siege and the extra element of risk definitely makes playing on Siege a bit more addictive than playing elsewhere. I'm all for having a bit of fun trying to kill my attacker and maybe try my own version of QZ's approach to the situation. I just hope that anyone who takes up PKing or comes back just for that purpose doesn't cross the line to pure and simple griefing for the purpose of making someone else's game time so miserable that they quit in disgust. If that is what you want for Siege, I would hope you would consider saving your money and take your attitude/ambitions somewhere else.

Pk'ing is cool. Grief is not. I gave up on Siege because of grief and cheating, sometimes a combination of both. You can even trashtalk, just have a bit of class about it.

I miss the days where I actually had sound on so I could tell from which direction the footsteps came from. I miss UO, for that matter...

I just added some new members to MYTH guild a bit ago, they were fresh out of NEW guild and thought I would give em a grand tour of some wonderous facilities here on Siege.

Was told it fled south. So I go huntin my stupid beetle down....there it was with it's nose stuck in the mtns like it got lost, dead, tryin to flee into Stonehaven, but it missed the entryway to Stonehaven, so there it stood, nose in the mtn side...DeAdeR than a door nail !! STUPID BEETLE !!!

I swiftly gave *Miranda* the beetle, a stern lecturing for fleeing the scene !! STUPID BEETLE !!

I expected *miranda* the blue beetle to ATTACK that hiryu, with my tinker tools and her dumb tail or something, but she failed me !
STUPID STUPID PET ! I shoulda let her stay dead, and removed her off the guild roster !!



Needless to say ifn u be some sort of guild leader [as I of Guardians of MYTH], the least ya should do could do is give ye new guild members, fresh out of NEW guild, a intro grand tour of the shard's wonderous facilities and so forth !!
I did that... it just kinda all ended in hues of grays, for us all !
