[Bowcraft/Fletching] Heartwood quests rewards

I was doing those, got few runics (which was expected) and Elven bookcase south [blessed] (which was unexpected). Question is how common that type of rewards? Are they same as crafted with carpentry?

Any of the elven craftables that come as deeds can be a reward, as well as the aquarium. The item drop is probably about twice more common than a runic drop.

Besides the aquarium and the craftables, the Stone Anvil East (whose recipe was bugged and doesn't drop) ONLY occurs as a quest reward.
