Heartwood Quest

I'm confused.

My account is updated to Mondain's Legacy, and I took my character to Heartwood via the Yew entrance.

On getting there, however, I can't obtain a quest. The one I want is from the Bark Weaver. I keep clicking on quest givers for all the quests, but the "talk" option is not available so I can never get a quest.

I was told that you don't have to be an elf to take the quest, so what am I missing?

double click the quest giver to get the quest. There is no context menu 'talk' option like the old quests.
