Edit: After a disturbing PM just sold it succesful with my second account from a vendor. In my understanding that shouldn't work with a dupe anymore...

I was just told that my edit was mistakable. I just bought it myself from my vendor and still have the staff.

Yup. No for:
Event Items
Seer Items
Server Births
Stacked items then split
and few other types

It's a nice item but it's also on the duping list. Although not many have come up for sale in recent years. Originally 4 existed and I've seen probably 15-20 or so being sold over the years.

Woah woah, dont go throwing it away lol.

Its still gonna be worth a good amount. It was justed being said that the dupe detection does not work on event items , and many others.
