[Discussion] Heart that when dbl clicked has a saying

I have a Heart looks just like normal red Heart 1 stone that when dbl clicked says (This looks like part of a larger contraption) But instead of saying it above the heart it says it in gray letters on the bottom left of screen. Any info on item? How many and from what.

LA. found a little info on item. guess it was given out by Em Annendora at a 2009 valentines day event. No idea on how many though. Maybe its unique? one can hope right )
